Return Policy
Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may return, at your expense, any part returned must be in a new and in an uninstalled condition. We will refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge on all parts accepted for return. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If we've made a cataloging error, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, including the shipping and handling charges. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to customerservice@universaligniters.com Please include your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of your request. We reserve the right to deny any return that fails to meet our requirements.

Most products ship within 24 hours on weekdays via UPS. We ship to any location within the United States. Because we ship via UPS, the address for shipping must be a physical address and not a PO Box.
